DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Once an order has been placed with Le Di Vita, you will receive a confirmation email. If the item is in stock it should be dispatched within 2 working days. If the item is sold out or is a bespoke order, then we will notify you via email of the expected delivery week.

We will then contact you via email or by telephone approximately 2 working days before delivery to confirm a convenient time for both parties. 

Non-stock items are usually ready to be delivered within 6-12 weeks from the day of order. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us by info@ledivita.co

CASHBACK

It’s simple, you will get £19 cashback after you receive your order and are happy to leave us a good review on Google review and Trustpilot.

RETURN

If you're not 100% happy (we're pretty sure you will be) you can return your items within 14 days.

It is very simple:

Send us an email info@ledivita.com with your order number and return reasons.

We will issue you with a return label and arrange a collection from your address on a day that suits (Monday - Friday).

Please wrap your item as securely as possible so that everything will be the same as when you received when it arrives back at our warehouse.

Once we receive the return from you, we will process the refund for you, but there will be £35 collection fee incurred.
